Why we ask for your contact details
We use your email and phone number to share updates about the WATRA project and discuss your interest. Processing is based on your consent. Submitting your details is not an order or reservation.
Storage and recipients
Your contact details, language, source page, consent text and version, and receipt time are stored privately through Cloudflare. The contact database is configured for storage in the European Union. We do not publish or sell your details. We also use our Google Workspace email account when handling your interest.
Retention and withdrawal
We keep contact details of enquirers who do not become customers only as long as needed to handle their interest, and for no longer than 12 months after the last communication.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by email. We will stop contacting you for this purpose and remove your details unless another lawful basis requires retention.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Form protection and language
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form in invisible mode and processes technical information needed to distinguish visitors from automated requests. A functional watra_lang cookie remembers your manual language choice.
